At Phoenix Guitars we believe in all aspects of musical superiority, the art of tonal signature has been lost by many guitar makers, we strive to bring that quality that has been missing so long, back into the industry by using the finest tone woods and electronics currently available,  so that our customers get great tone as well as a stunning visual appearance. We plan to make it as affordable as possible, for every guitar player to have the opportunity to own a custom professional quality instrument!

We custom design exotic guitars for guitar players around the world. We use the highest quality wood and parts for the ultimate playing machine, this now includes beautiful multi laminate necks and or bodies using the finest woods from around the planet. The original concept in starting this company was to build our own guitars and we liked what we saw when we were done with our first one, so we decided the public may want a piece of this pie and lets face it, you practically have to sell your own body parts to afford a high quality axe in these times, the ones in America usually run around 2800.00, (this is the price of nearly every American handmade or CNC made custom available on the internet) and as high as 7,000.00 from major guitar manufacturing companies. What we have done is created a custom line of guitars that use the highest standards in quality and playability that the average musician can afford. Whether you are a beginner or someone playing at a professional level then we have the instrument for you and because we get a good deal, you get a good deal!

To ensure customer satisfaction, we have a contract that we draw up with each customer which contains the specifications they wish to have made and all options they wish to obtain on their custom guitar, NO money exchanges hands until this contract is drawn up, after that has been arranged and agreed upon, the customer pays for their custom order, then the order is started as soon as the funds are received, and will be finished within a timely fashion for a custom handcrafted guitar, (usually about 40 days - 6 months depending on options and material availability) the waiting period is to ensure that we get all the right parts to meet specifications, WE WILL NOT BUY CHEAP PARTS! We refuse to be just another guitar company, that being said, you should know that when you want the best there is, you can come to Phoenix Customs. We strive to dominate the industry with custom and standard guitars that cannot be outplayed. Our guitars feature the desires of the customer in any event, whether they be set-neck, neck-thru, or even bolt on neck set ups and we have many different customs of our own design or we can design after other designs to ensure customer satisfaction.
